Wolf Range

Wolf GR304

Model # GR304 · Same Legacy control platform era as DF304

The GR304 is Wolf’s all-gas counterpart to the Dual Fuel range line — gas burners on top and a gas-fired oven below, rather than the Dual Fuel line’s electric convection oven. That makes the oven-side diagnostic different from a DF-series range: a heating problem here is more likely to trace back to the oven’s igniter or gas valve than to an electric heating element.

The cooktop side fails the same way as the Dual Fuel line’s burners do — worn igniters, debris in the burner ports, or an inconsistent flame — and we treat any gas smell as an immediate safety concern regardless of which side of the range it’s coming from.

Key Features

  • 30-inch Gas Range: gas burners and a gas oven, unlike the Dual Fuel line's electric oven
  • Sealed burners with an electronic igniter
  • Mechanical knob controls for the cooktop, with oven controls on a separate panel

FAQ

Wolf GR304 FAQ

Gas — that's the key difference from Wolf's Dual Fuel (DF) range line, which pairs gas burners with an electric oven. On the GR304, both the cooktop and oven run on gas.

Not necessarily — since this oven is gas-fired rather than electric, we check the oven igniter and gas valve first, rather than an electric heating element.
