Wolf Oven

Wolf CSO30CM/S

Model # CSO30CM/S

At 30 inches, the CSO30CM/S is Wolf’s larger convection steam oven, running the M Series’ seven-inch touch display and Power Control Module control alongside a removable water reservoir, steam generator and drain path. Contemporary, handleless black glass finishes the front.

A steam output that is noticeably weaker than it used to be is one of the more common calls on this oven, and it is frequently the steam generator or the valve feeding it rather than a leak — a leak shows up as water where it should not be, while weak output just means less steam is being made in the first place. The two point to different parts, so it is worth distinguishing between them when you describe the problem.

FAQ

Wolf CSO30CM/S FAQ

Not necessarily — weaker steam output more often points to the steam generator or valve producing less than it should, rather than steam or water escaping somewhere it should not. Those are different repairs.

The touch display and its relay board manage the whole oven, steam included, but the steam-specific hardware — generator, valve, drain — is separate equipment that the control simply switches on and off.
