SO3050TE/S/T is the later-generation E Series single oven in transitional trim with tubular handles — a 30-inch cavity, traditional touch controls and an electromechanical self-clean lock, the same architecture as the earlier E Series ovens but from the 50 parts run. Convection heating is standard across the whole line.
A cooling fan that has stopped running or turned noisy is a common early warning on this control generation, and it is worth reporting on its own rather than waiting to see if a no-heat complaint develops alongside it — fan problems and heating-element problems have different causes even though both can eventually leave the oven unusable. The self-clean lock, being electromechanical rather than software-controlled, releases strictly on cavity temperature.
