Wolf Oven

Wolf CSO3050CM/S

Model # CSO3050CM/S

The 50 in CSO3050CM/S marks the later M Series parts run of Wolf’s 30-inch convection steam oven, in contemporary handleless black glass, with the same reservoir, steam generator and drain path as the earlier CSO30CM/S. The touch display and control architecture carry over unchanged aside from that generation marker.

Because steam ovens add a genuine second system on top of standard convection heating, distinguishing no steam but normal baking from the oven not heating at all changes which half of the unit gets checked first, and it is worth being that specific when you call rather than describing it simply as not working.

Key Features

  • 30-inch convection steam oven: dry convection, steam, and the two combined
  • Removable water reservoir rather than a plumbed supply
  • Steam generator, water valve and drain path on top of the usual oven heating parts
  • Contemporary styling, handleless and faced in black glass

FAQ

Wolf CSO3050CM/S FAQ

Not necessarily — the 50 marks a distinct parts run, so board-level parts should be ordered against the specific generation rather than assumed compatible with the earlier model.

Exactly that — that dry baking is normal and only the steam side has failed. It immediately points us toward the reservoir, generator or valve rather than the shared heating element.
