Unframed and 30 inches wide, the DO30-2U/S is a double-cavity oven from Wolf’s older “-2” generation — a pre-2009 build whose control writes its warnings as plain text and whose parts catalog is specific to that era. Two decades in, the door hinges and the cavities themselves are rarely the problem; it is the electronics and moving parts around them that wear out.
A self-clean cycle run on either oven can leave that cavity’s door locked until it cools, and that is independent between the two ovens. Watch particularly for a convection fan that has grown noisy or stopped, and for baking that has become uneven between the front and back of either cavity — both are common on ovens from this generation and both are repairable without replacing the whole unit.
